First Look by Grimm is run by AI Grimm. This page explains what we collect when you use firstlook.aigrimm.com, why, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@aigrimm.com.

What we collect

  • What you tell us: your name, email, business name and quiz answers, plus any photos or logos you upload.
  • Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • Basic usage: which pages you visit and where you came from (for example an ad or a link), so we can see what works.

How we use it

  • To make your preview, brand board or Blueprint and send it to you.
  • To email you about your order and, if you signed up, occasional updates (sent via MailerLite). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To measure our ads and improve the site.

Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how our ads perform. When it runs, it tells Meta that a browser visited a page, requested a free preview (a "Lead") or completed a purchase (with the amount). Meta may use cookies and your device information to match this to people who saw our ads.

We never send your name, email, phone number or quiz answers to Meta. The pixel does not run for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, or when we cannot tell where you are.

You can opt out at any time by:

  • Changing your ad preferences in your Meta account under Ad preferences.
  • Opting out of interest-based ads via optout.aboutads.info.
  • Blocking third-party cookies or using an ad blocker in your browser.
  • Emailing us and we will help.

Meta's own handling of this data is described in the Meta Privacy Policy.

Who else sees your data

Only the services we need to run First Look: our hosting and database provider, Stripe (payments), MailerLite (email) and Meta (ad measurement, as above). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to deliver your order and support you, then we delete it on request.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@aigrimm.com.
